2025 Let’s Grow

Let's GrowWelcome to the registration for the 2025 Let’s Grow program! The program runs from March 13 – May 16. Available dates are shown in the calendars on this page.

Registration for the Let’s Grow 2025 program year has ended. We will continue accepting applications for a wait list until February 21. Volunteers will be assigned and teachers notified of participation in the program in early March.

Confirmation

All registration requests received will be acknowledged by email upon receipt. We will reach out to you via email if there are questions regarding your registration. Confirmation of your registration does not guarantee participation.

The next contact will be in early March by email confirming whether a Master Gardener volunteer team is able to come to your class or group. If so, the date and time of the presentation (picked from one of your choices) and the contact information for the team will be provided.

Classes

To register your class, complete the online form at the end of this page.

  1. The presentation length is two (2) hours of uninterrupted time.
  2. Each class must be registered separately on one form by each requesting teacher! Multiple classes on one form will be rejected.
  3. NO SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS. No exceptions. If a substitute teacher must teach your class on the day of a scheduled presentation, contact your Master Gardener volunteer team immediately. If possible, an alternate mutually agreeable date and time will be scheduled.
  4. You must remain in the classroom during the presentation; the Master Gardener volunteers need your help facilitating the program and supervising your students.
  5. We suggest that you request several dates/times for the best chance of volunteers being able to cover your class. We have a limited number of volunteers and cannot physically be at every class at the same time. Additional dates and time frame choices are required for schools registering more than three (3) classes.
  6. If after submitting your registration, a date you indicated on this form becomes unavailable for you, contact the Let’s Grow team assigned to your class, or send an email to LetsGrow@FairfaxGardening.org.
